How much will delivery cost?

Delivery fee costs vary based on the requested date (day), gas prices and Transportify demand charges and surcharges.

You will be notified of the shipping costs at checkout and you may select your preferred option (pick-up/delivery) before you complete your purchase. 1 cake per delivery request only.

Where do you deliver to?

Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna and Bulacan.

When can I collect/pick-up my order?

You will be able to pick-up your cake according the the pick-up date and pick-up time you selected upon checkout.

You may review the order details in your account, email confirmation or text confirmation.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been scheduled and picked-up, you will receive a text notification from Transportify with an estimated time of arrival.

Unexpected circumstances, like traffic, can alter their arrival time. We suggest that you will be home for the entire time on the requested delivery date.

Can I have my order picked up by Grab or Lalamove?

Yes, as long as you book a car.

- When you or a designated party picks up an order, it is considered "approved." We will always ask you to double-check everything, including the design and spelling upon pick-up.

- Once approved and picked up, it becomes the customer's responsibility. We will not be subjected to any liabilities that may arise in transporting your order by your own vehicle, or a third-party delivery service. Keep in mind that our cakes are extremely delicate. Smudges, melt frosting, and other problems might occur if not handled carefully.

- Once your order has been picked up, it becomes the customer's responsibility, except only if you opted for Estrel's delivery service with Transportify, Inc.,a logistics company with whom we signed a business agreement. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur during transit in your own vehicle or via third-party delivery services. Keep in mind that cakes are incredibly delicate, and if not handled carefully, smudges, melted frosting, and other issues may occur. Our cake and frosting are soft and need to be in a cold environment all the time. It must never be left in an area with a room temperature, warm or hot area uponpick-up.


Delivery request for PHONE ORDERS and WALK-IN ORDERS are made 5 days in advance, before 2:00 PM through calling our number or sending a message through our Facebook Messenger.

We have limited delivery slots for other sizes not available online, PHONE ORDERS, and WALK-IN ORDERS.
