You will be able to pick-up your cake according the the pick-up date and pick-up time you selected upon checkout.

Your Grab or Lalamove driver can take advantage of our drive-through pick-up — they simply need to mention the name under which the order was placed. The driver will be asked to inspect and approve the order, including the design and spelling, before it is released.

Please note that once your order has been picked up, it becomes the customer's full responsibility. We are not liable for any damage that may occur during transit via third-party delivery services. Our cakes are extremely delicate — smudges, melted frosting, and similar issues can occur if not handled with care. Cakes must be kept in a cold environment at all times and should never be left in a room-temperature, warm, or hot area after pick-up.
