What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
Go to account menu> login>forgot your password. Link here for easy access: https://estrelscaramelcakes.com/account/login
A temporary password will be sent to the email address you used to register. We suggest copying and pasting in the temporary password as it is case sensitive.
If you have forgotten the email address you have used to create your account, you can create a new account using your preferred email address. We'll let you know if that email address is already registered with us.
How do I change my contact details?
Login then go to account menu> click your name. You will be able to select and update your details. Link here: https://estrelscaramelcakes.com/account
Alternatively, if you have an existing order with us, you may contact us via Facebook Messenger for faster processing. Please provide your Order Number, complete name and updated contact information.
Where can I see the available pick-up dates?
Once you have placed an order, go to cart. Kindly wait for the Pick-up date and Pick-up time to load.
Locate “Pick-Up Date” drop down button near the Check Out button found on the bottom of the page. Click on your preferred date.
How can I confirm if you received my order?
You should receive a confirmation email from us once your order is successfully placed. Please contact us through FB Messenger if no confirmation was received.
No need to confirm again via channels mentioned if you have already received an email.
Can you place my order online if I call?
Due to privacy concerns, our customer service can not log into your account to place goods in your cart for you. However, we will happily assist you with your order over the phone.
Where can I get a copy of my invoice?
Your invoice will only be provided to you upon pick-up or delivery. Please use our confirmation email as proof of payment if needed.
Why can't I find the product in your site but you sell it in store?
We ask for your patience and understanding as we are still in the early stages of online selling. We are doing our best to make all our product offerings available to you.
Why can't I purchase other sizes and design online?
Unavailable cakes online are considered special cakes and require extra attention. To place your orders, please call our landline numbers instead.
